The DJ accepts when it fits. PLAY IT then asks the payment provider to charge the authorized amount.

If declined or expired before acceptance, the authorization is released. If an accepted song is not played within 90 minutes, a refund is initiated; bank timing may vary.

Do I need to download an app?
No. Scan the venue QR code and use PLAY IT in your phone browser.
Can I pay to force a song to play?
No. The DJ decides whether the request fits the set and when to play it.
How long does my request stay active?
The request window is 90 minutes. Keep your request page open to follow its status.
When am I charged?
The amount is authorized when you send. PLAY IT asks the payment provider to capture it if the DJ accepts. Declined or expired requests before acceptance are released; your bank may take time to show the release.
What if an accepted song is not played?
If it is not played within 90 minutes, a refund is initiated. Your bank or payment provider controls when it appears.
Can I send more than one request?
Yes. Each request is separate, with its own amount and status.
Why does the price change between venues?
Each venue or room chooses its own request price.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available options are shown at checkout and can vary by venue and country. Supported methods may include cards and compatible wallets.
